The Calvert Manor Civic Association was established in 1954 and currently meets three times a year, with the annual meeting generally held in May. All members are welcome at both membership and board meetings.
CMCA is responsible for upkeep of Calvert Manor Park; social activities; publication of a community directory; organizing the Neighborhood Watch; and other matters of concern to Calvert Manor. All of these benefits plus the use of the park are available to CMCA members. The annual dues are currently $85 per household, payable by April 1.
All resident members are encouraged to become involved in the Association by joining the committee that interests them—directory, social (event/welcoming/memorial), park maintenance, Neighborhood Watch) or by suggesting other activities beneficial to Calvert Manor. Students can log community service hours by volunteering with the Association.
Please note that the Civic Association is legally separate from the water company. For information on water in Calvert Manor, click here or on the Calvert Manor Corporation link in the menu bar.
