Calvert Manor Civic Association (CMCA)
The Calvert Manor Civic Association (CMCA) was established in 1954 with the annual membership meeting typically held in April. Board meetings are held when needed but usually held on a quarterly basis. All members of CMCA are welcome at both membership and board* meetings.
CMCA owns and is solely responsible for the upkeep of Manor Park (accessible by members only); social activities for the community; publication of a monthly community newsletter (please make sure we have your email address); organizing the safety and security of the neighborhood, including the Neighborhood Watch; and other matters of concern to the Calvert Manor community. All of these benefits plus the use of the park are available to members of CMCA. The annual dues allow for CMCA to maintain Manor Park and offer social activities throughout the year. The annual dues are currently $100 per household for Calvert Manor property owners, payable by April 1. Your annual membership dues need to be paid in full and your membership needs to be in good standing in order to gain access to the members only area of the website where you can make pavilion reservations, access a CMCA membership directory and obtain the gate code to Manor Park.
All CMCA members are encouraged to become involved in CMCA by joining and actively participating on committees that interest them—Here are a few of the committees currently available:
Students can log community service hours by volunteering with CMCA, especially during PGC Growing Green with Pride sponsored events.

*Attendance by a member at a board meeting requires advance notice of requested attendance in order to accommodate the venue where the board meeting is held.
