Selling or Buying a House in Calvert Manor
Water accounts, unlike other utility accounts, remain with the property. Whoever owns the property is responsible for paying the bill. In addition, Calvert Manor Corporation is a stockholder corporation. Six shares of stock convey with the property upon payment of a $100 stock/account transfer fee. So it is very important to notify Calvert Manor Corporation if you are selling or buying a house here.
