Water is a precious and limited resource. Our rates are designed to encourage conservation. See the back of your bill for a breakdown of your water usage. The water usage rates below reflect a 7 percent increase as of January 1, 2022, the first increase since 2018,
Water Usage Rates per 1,000 Gallons (January 2022)
Up to 3,000: $4.55
3,001–9,000: $5.50
9,001–15,000: $6.05
15,001–20,000: $6.80
20,001 and over: $8.45
The Calvert Manor Corporation Board of Directors voted to implement a 3-year increase in water usage rates. The rates will increase again by 6 percent on January 1, 2023, and January 1, 2024.
Each quarterly bill includes a $30.30 maintenance fee and a $10.00 reserve fund fee. These fees are charged whether water is used or not.
