Calvert Manor Corporation Rates
Water is a precious and limited resource. Our rates are designed to encourage conservation. See the back of your bill for a breakdown of your water usage. The water usage rates below reflect a 10 percent increase as of January 1, 2026.
Water Usage Rates per 1,000 Gallons (January 2026)
Up to 3,000: $5.62
3,001–9,000: $6.80
9,001–15,000: $7.47
15,001–20,000: $8.39
20,001-25,000 $9.49
25,001-30,000 $10.20
30,001 and above $11.00
The Calvert Manor Corporation Board of Directors voted and approved an increase in water usage rates at the August 2025 meeting. The new rates go into effect January 1 and will be reflected on your 1st Quarter bill, covering January through March 2026.
Each quarterly bill includes a $30.30 maintenance fee and a $10.00 reserve fund fee. These fees are charged whether water is used or not.
