Paying Your Annual CMCA Dues-DUE By April 1st
Membership in Calvert Manor Civic Association (CMCA) is voluntary but all Calvert Manor residents are highly encouraged to join in order for CMCA to sustain CMCAs privately owned Manor Park. For less than 30 cents per day, the CMCA annual dues help pay for CMCA to be able to offer signature community events and to pay for the general maintenance associated with Manor Park and all of its amenities.

Tenants of Calvert Manor rental properties may be offered the ability to join the Calvert Manor Civic Association and enjoy non-voting associate membership privileges for the annual fee of $100, also due by April 1 each year..

Fully Paid Annual Member(s) in Good Standing have the Ability to:
- Vote
- Legally access Manor Park and amenities (Please be aware that this is a privately owned property, unaccompanied non-members are considered to be trespassers)
- Make reservations for the Pavilion (must agree to the park rules and reservation policy, member is responsible for their guests)
- Receive Manor Park gate code
- Receive CMCA emails
When paying your annual dues, please observe the following guidelines:
- Please use an envelope addressed to: CMCA or Calvert Manor Civic Association Note: CMCA shares a mailbox with Calvert Manor Corporation (the community water system) and we don't want the payments to get confused.
- Please do not send or leave cash in the mailbox*. We accept checks, money orders and PayPal Paylink payments only. * You can pay cash in person, if you would like that option then please email [email protected]
- Make your check out to: Calvert Manor Civic Association.
- Please write your Calvert Manor address/property information for the dues you are paying on your check or enclose a note designating which property..
- Mail or place your payment in the CMCA mailbox located at: 102 Captain Brendt. Dr., Accokeek MD 20607 (the mailbox is across the driveway from the Calvert Manor Corporation pump house).
