Paying Your Water Bill
Your water meter is read at the end of March, June, September, and December. Bills are mailed on or around the first of January, April, July, and October. If you do not receive a bill by the following week, email us, or TEXT 240-273-6359 or any member of the board of directors. Bills are due upon receipt. A late fee is incurred if payment is not received by the 25th of the month.. You are responsible for paying your bill by the due date.
We will do our best to respond to calls or emails within 24 hours during normal business hours (.9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday).
When paying your bill, please observe the following guidelines:
You may pay online using PayPal by clicking the button below, for an additional 4% fee. (You do not need a PayPal account.) Please include your name, address, and account number.

When paying your bill, please observe the following guidelines:
- Do not send cash. We accept checks, money orders, and PayPal payments only.
- Make your check out to Calvert Manor Corporation.
- Include your payment stub—please, no staples or tape.
- Make your check out for the full amount of your bill.
- Write your account number on your check.
- Be sure to write the current date on your check. The mailbox is monitored daily and payments are logged as of the date they are received rather than the date of the check.
- Postdated checks (checks with a date later than the current date) will be returned.
- Mail your payment to, or place it in the box at, 102 Captain Brendt. Dr., Accokeek MD 20607.
- If your payment is late, add the $25 late fee. Late fees not received will be added to the next bill.
